Join NCSA: To ensure that you keep up-to-date on important information relating to NCSA and the annual conference, remember to renew you NCSA membership annually. To join or renew, please follow this link: https://nc-soc.org/join.

Register for the conference: If you plan to attend the conference, please make sure you register. This will ensure that we are able to reserve enough space and enough food for all those in attendance. You can register for the conference by visiting the conference registration page.

Present: Have a presentation, roundtable idea, or poster that you wish to share at the conference? Please submit by visiting the presentation submission page.

Networking Night: 6:30-8:30 pm, Trophy Brewing and Taproom,  656 Maywood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27603

February 28

Conference Registration: 8:45 am

Presidential Welcome: 9:00-9:15 am

Breakfast and Poster Session: 9:15-10:00 am

Oral Presentations, Panels, and Roundtable Discussions: 10:15 am-12:30 pm

Lunch and Award Ceremony: 12:30-2:00 pm

Oral Presentations, Panels, and Roundtable Discussions: 2:15-4:30 pm

Closing Ceremony: 4:45-5:00 pm
